
Adulting 101 is a practical, skills-based group designed to support teens and young adults as they navigate real-world responsibilities, relationships, and independence. This group provides explicit instruction, guided discussion, and hands-on practice in the everyday skills needed for success at home, work, and in the community.
Sessions are structured, supportive, and interactive—helping participants build confidence while learning how to plan, problem-solve, communicate effectively, and make safe, informed decisions.
