
Parenting with Purpose is an ACT-informed parent learning group designed to support caregivers. Parents build emotional regulation, flexibility, and values-based decision-making skills to improve consistency, follow-through, and connection during everyday parenting challenges.
This program is a caregiver learning group provided within an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) framework. It is not psychotherapy, mental health counseling, or a substitute for individual therapy services.
When: Every Wednesday @ 5:00pm starting in March 2026
Cost & Commitment: Free, but registration and consistent attendance is required

Gather & Grow is a monthly learning event where guest speakers talk about their specialties and participants get the opportunity to ask questions and learn about resources available in the community.
