Parenting with Purpose
Parenting with Purpose is an ACT-informed parent learning group designed to support caregivers. Parents build emotional regulation, flexibility, and values-based decision-making skills to improve consistency, follow-through, and connection during everyday parenting challenges.
This program is a caregiver learning group provided within an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) framework. It is not psychotherapy, mental health counseling, or a substitute for individual therapy services.
When: Every Wednesday @ 5:00pm starting in March 2026
Cost & Commitment: Free, but registration and consistent attendance is required

Article Club
Article Club meets bi-weekly to dissect and discuss selected reading and translate the article to practical, values-based interventions that are behavior analytic in nature.
