MIghty Explorers

 Join us on an exciting journey of self-discovery and growth with our Mighty Explorers social group!

This is a social-emotional learning group designed for children who benefit from extra support with flexibility, coping, and social skills. In this group, children experience a combination of mindfulness practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a fun and engaging way.

Through guided lessons and interactive activities, your child will work to:

• Build awareness of thoughts and feelings
• Learn strategies for staying calm and focused
• Practice problem-solving and flexible thinking
• Strengthen friendships and social connections

With engaging lessons, role-play, and hands-on practice, Mighty Explorers empowers kids to confidently face challenges and develop the tools they need for lifelong success.
