Sessions include group discussions, age-appropriate mindfulness exercises, experiential games, reflective activities, and practice with real-life social scenarios. While the experience is supportive and engaging like a social club, each activity is intentionally structured using evidence-based principles to foster emotional flexibility, self-regulation, and connection.
